Eligibility
EWS (income up to Rs. 3 lakh), LIG (Rs. 3-6 lakh), MIG-I (Rs. 6-12 lakh), MIG-II (Rs. 12-18 lakh).
Benefits
Interest subsidy of 6.5% on housing loan up to Rs. 6 lakh. Credit linked subsidy for EWS/LIG/MIG.
